The Story...

Welcome!

A.R.E Skull Designs came to fruition in the summer of 2020. I was newly alcohol-free and in need of a hobby. Combine my love for wildlife skulls and doodling and the rest is history. I am based out of Hayden, Idaho. I participate in local fairs to sell my artwork (Art on the Green, Farm Chicks and Rebel Junk). FAQ

Where do you get your skulls?

Taxidermists, family, friends and hunters

What are the designs drawn with?

I use Micron markers, acrylic paint and circular stencils. Everything else is free hand. I use a matte clear coat to lock in the design.

How long does a skull take to finish?

Approximately 4 hours for the smaller skulls. 6 to 8 hours for the larger ones. A lot of time goes into prepping the skull. They must be boiled, bleached and sanded prior to designing.

Do you ship?

Yes. I will ship anywhere in the United States. Reach out via text or email and we can work it out. :) If am also willing to deliver if you live in the Coeur d' Alene vicinity.
